About this trip
Poland is a land of many saints! On this pilgrimage, we will spend time in places associated with St. John Paul II, St. Faustina, St. Maximilian Kolbe, St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross (Edith Stein), Blessed Jerzy Popieluszko, and Blessed Hanna Chrzanowska. Along the way, we will pray in the Shrine of Divine Mercy, through the streets of the Auschwitz concentration camp, in the salt mines, and before the miraculous icon of the Black Madonna. We will even get to see a Eucharistic miracle with our own eyes!
This pilgrimage will certainly be an experience of a lifetime. Being on a pilgrimage pulls us from our daily routine and surroundings, and opens us to new encounters with God. And, frankly, this pilgrimage will be just plain enjoyable, exciting, and fun! We look forward to accompanying you spiritually through the holy sites of Poland and walking in the footsteps of the saints! .
In Christ, Fr. Scott & Fr. Brian

In accordance with Church procedures, the Host was placed in a dish filled with holy water to dissolve. After two weeks, the Communion wafer dissolved only partially, and a red substance appeared on it. The Bishop of Legnica at the time, Stefan Cichy, formed a committee to study this unusual phenomenon. Two independent forensic medicine departments from universities in Wroclaw and Szczecin studied a sample of the Host. Researchers from Szczecin found human DNA, as well as tissue from the human heart, with alterations that frequently appear in a state of agony.
