About this trip
Dear friends
“People travel for all sorts of reasons, to see museums, documents like the Constitution, places where their ancestors were from. I want to invite you to do something different, go on pilgrimage. I want to offer you a chance to see where our faith comes from and how it is still alive there in the people, places, and land of Jesus. I’ve been to the Holy Land 3 times since 2019 and every time I go, I come back changed in a sense, and reinvigorated in having been to the holy places. When you are on this pilgrimage you will have the opportunity to visit places that aren’t simply historical places, but the places where Our Lord Jesus is. He was born there, walked there, died there. At the end in these places he LIVES. Jesus IS in these places you’ll be able to visit. It’s a privilege to go to the Holy Land and come to understand through the culture of the place and the sites you’ve always imagined the faith which you’ve professed. My desire is for as many people as possible to get to see them. You’ll find that every step of the way and bit of toil you endured to be worth it in the Lord who you’ll uniquely meet in this place.”
